SHIPPING 〰

please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. If you need your order rushed, please email us ahead of time. All orders will ship to your PayPal address unless other arrangements are made. U.S. orders below 13 oz will ship USPS First-Class Mail. U.S. orders over 13 oz will ship USPS Priority Mail. All orders include tracking and you will receive a confirmation after payment.

Beloved Olga is not responsible for packages once delivered to the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, contact us before purchasing.

 

LOCAL PICKUP 〰

If you are local in the Rouge Valley and would like to pick up your earrings rather than have your order shipped, leave us a note in checkout. We will send you an email to schedule a time for your pick up and we will refund shipping costs after you have ordered.

 EXCHANGES 〰

We gladly accept exchanges if the item is still in brand new condition. Exchanges must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If you experience any issues with breakage, please contact us to discuss options. I am always happy to remake a broken item.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please send us an email to arrange an exchange at belovedolgaa@gmail.com

 

 CANCELLATIONS 〰

We will honor requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase, but will not cancel orders past 24 hours from when they are placed.

 

All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections/inconsistencies (that fall within a normal range for a handmade item) may occur. Examples of these may include very small bubbles, slight variances of color from what appears on screen, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of an item.
